All our plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions. You pay once for the service period, and there are no recurring charges or hidden fees.

Refunds & Guarantee
If we do not deliver a suitable match (mutual interest from both parties) within your service period, we refund 80% of your membership fee. This applies to Premium (3 months) and VIP (6 months) plans.
A suitable match is when both parties agree to exchange contact details and move forward with getting to know each other. This mutual "yes" completes the introduction. If you declined matches that our advisors believed were suitable, this may affect refund eligibility.
After your service period ends (3 or 6 months), contact us at support@zawajon.com within 30 days to request your refund. Provide your membership details, and we'll process your refund within 14 business days.
The 20% covers the genuine work our team invests in every member — reviewing your profile, searching for matches, and coordinating introductions. Even if a mutual match isn't achieved, significant effort goes into the process. The 80% refund demonstrates our confidence in delivering results while being fair about the resources invested.
