Important: Zawajon is a facilitating platform only. We do not guarantee that users will find a marriage partner. All interactions and decisions regarding marriage are solely between users.

3. Age Requirement and Verification

Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

Age Verification: All users must complete age verification by uploading a government-issued ID. Failure to verify age will result in restricted access to platform features.

False Information: Providing false age information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use our Service, you must:

5. Membership Plans and Pricing

5.2 Payment and Billing

All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Memberships automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. 80% Money-Back Guarantee

6.1 Eligibility

We offer an 80% refund guarantee under the following conditions:

• You subscribed to Premium or VIP membership
• At least 3 months have passed since subscription
• You have NOT found a match (mutual match status)
• You maintained an active, complete profile during this period
• You engaged with the platform regularly (viewed matches, sent interests)

6.2 Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Submit a refund request through your Membership page
2. Our team will review your account activity within 7 business days
3. If approved, you will receive 80% of fees paid back
4. Refund will be processed to your original payment method

7. Right of Withdrawal

8. Limitation of Liability

Zawajon is not liable for:

• Actions or omissions of other users
• The accuracy of user information
• Results or outcomes of interactions between users
• Interruptions or errors in the service

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to:

• False or misleading information
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Violation of our community guidelines
• Fraudulent activities

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you via email. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
